Da Capo Series

The Da Capo manga series were adapted into four anime series and 1 OVA, produced by different animation studios and directed by different directors. The protagonist, Yoshiyuki Sakurai, was born when Sakura Yoshino, weary of being alone for so long, wished upon a prototype artificial wish-granting magical sakura tree for a family. Similar to its predecessor, the story takes place on the same island, Hatsune-Jima, in Japan, and set fifty-three years after the original anime. The Asakura sisters are the granddaughters of Jun'ichi Asakura and Nemu Asakura from the first Da Capo. CLANNAD Series

Clannad is a Japanese visual novel created by the software company Key, who also produced the successful titles Kanon and Air.

Clannad has made several transitions to other media: four manga series, the first serialized in the Japanese magazine Comic Rush, the second serialized in Comi Digi +, the third serialized in Dengeki G's Magazine, and the fourth in Dragon Age Pure.

It was later adapted into a movie called "CLANNAD: The Movie", followed by a 23 episodes anime series and an OVA entitled "Another World: Tomoyo's Chapter". A second season of CLANNAD, "CLANNAD ~AFTER STORY~", consisting of 24 episodes was released after that.
